To the fullest extent permitted at law, the Society makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Website's information, content or materials or any linked Website.

To the fullest extent permitted at law neither the Society, its agents, directors, employees, contractors or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website or the information, content or materials included or referred to in this Website or any linked Website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability and applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, income or profit, loss of or damages to property claims to third parties.

New Membership Applications:

• Payment for Memberships must be received within 90 days from the day of application

Membership Renewal:

• Payment for Membership Renewals must be received within 90 days from the day of expiry

Membership dues for approved members are non-refundable.  Membership dues for unapproved members will be refunded within 30 days, on completion of required refund form.

All credit cards will be processed in United States Dollar (USD) at the time of payment. ISPAD is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

From July 1, 2021 onwards anyone joining or renewing their membership by credit card will be automatically entered into an auto-renewal program. If you don't want to automatically renew, please contact the ISPAD Secretariat.
