Science School Committee
The Science School Committee of the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) formulates and periodically reviews guidelines for selecting attendees and faculty members for physician and allied healthcare professional science schools. The committee also supports these faculty members before, during, and after the science schools to ensure maximum participant benefit.

Duties and Activities
- Guideline Formulation: Develop and periodically review guidelines for selecting attendees and faculty members for the science schools.
- Role Definition: Define the roles and responsibilities of attendees and faculty members before, during, and after the science schools.
- Faculty Support: Provide support to physician and allied healthcare professional science school faculty members as needed.
- Feedback Provision: Offer timely feedback to faculty members to enhance the effectiveness of the science schools.
- Regular Reviews: Periodically review and update guidelines for the selection of attendees and faculty members.
- Feedback and Support: Provide timely feedback and support to faculty members through email correspondence and periodic meetings.
- Meeting Participation: Engage in regular meetings to discuss and refine the guidelines and support mechanisms for the science schools.
