About ISPAD

The International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) is the leading global organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults with diabetes. Our mission is to advance clinical and scientific knowledge, promote education, and advocate for better care and treatment for young people affected by diabetes.

Being an ISPAD member is a great opportunity to improve my knowledge in different aspects related to diabetic as well as to be familiar with recent approaches in its management.

Gamil Saleh, Aden

ISPAD Member

My first ISPAD meeting was back in 1988, and I became a member the year after. What has made me stay as a member throughout the years? We must always remember our motto: ‘A better world for children with diabetes.

Ragnar Hanas

ISPAD President
